BarcodeIQ offers an optional Pro upgrade that unlocks additional features. The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. By purchasing Pro, you agree to the following:
BarcodeIQ and all associated content, including the app interface, graphics, and code, are the property of the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without written permission.
BarcodeIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app. Barcode scan results and quality grades are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that scan results are accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BarcodeIQ, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro upgrade.
BarcodeIQ may connect to third-party services to look up product information for certain barcode types. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data returned by third-party services.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple Inc. and Google LLC. Use of these services is governed by Apple's and Google's respective terms of service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue BarcodeIQ or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BarcodeIQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the developer's country of residence.
